I have been an avid walker for years and as the time continues to roll by, I am well aware that the same old workout is not doing enough to keep my metabolism burning high enough to make being slim a given anymore! It’s time to turn up the heat, pick up the pace and work up a sweat! Who’s ready to go?
It’s as simple as turning a fast walk into a speed walk and watch the beads of sweat begin to form on your forehead. Or you can take it up to a trot or even a run. Whatever get the heart pumping faster and gets you starting to sweat.
