What a fun idea!

This guy had a great idea and he ran… or should I say, ate with it! His goal was to eat a different cultures food every day for as many days in a row as possible… and he made it to 102 days! What a fun way idea that no one has done before.

I love it when people enjoy food enough to make it fun. The real trick is being able to enjoy food and not get fat and unhappy. That is the relationship that needs to be created with food and it’s what my book focuses on more than anything else. How do you make friends with food so you can eat, enjoy and not get fat?
